The WARQ Pro helmet warranty program is valid for a period of five (5) years commencing on the date the new product is purchased. The WARQ Pro Helmet warranty program covers material and manufacturing defects in the helmet on the condition of proper use. The five-year WARQ Pro Helmet warranty program does not cover the lens of the helmet, which has a (1) one year warranty.

WARQ declines any responsibility for warranty service to helmets not in accordance with the instructions of use, the protection requirements defined by the manufacturers of training ammunition, or for any helmet that has been altered or modified by the customer.
